Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of Chester, a product made by Distilled. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account and workspace
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for keeping your sign-in details private, and for the people you invite into your workspace. A workspace owner controls its members, its configuration and its connected platforms.
Connected platforms
When you connect a third-party platform you confirm that you are allowed to grant Chester that access under that platform's terms. Chester reads only what the granted permissions allow. Sending on any channel is done by the platform that owns it, under its rules, after a named person in your workspace approves the specific list and content.
Acceptable use
Do not use Chester to contact people in breach of the law that applies to you or to them, to scrape sites in breach of their terms, or to send content that is deceptive or abusive. Distilled may suspend a workspace that does.
Your data
Your data stays yours. Distilled processes it only to run the product, as set out in the privacy policy. You can export what you entered and have it deleted.
Availability and changes
Chester is provided as it is, and features change as the product develops. Distilled aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Material changes to these terms are announced inside the product and dated at the top of this page.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Distilled is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Chester, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
